You are entitled to a free copy of your file. Do it once a year and correct any errors before submitting a mortgage application.<\/p>\n

Understanding the market<\/h3>\n

Policy rate announcement dates and official statements. That rate drives the prime rate at financial institutions, and therefore variable-rate mortgages.<\/p>\n

Mortgage loan insurance, down payment rules, and housing market data.<\/p>\n
